Seaweed
Seaweed or sea vegetables are forms of algae that grow in the sea. They're a food source for ocean life and range in color from red to green to brown to black.

Seaweed contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals, including iodine, iron, and calcium. Some types can even contain high amounts of vitamin B12. Moreover, it’s a good source of omega-3 fats.

海带
叶片为表皮、皮层和髓部组织所组成,叶片下部有孢子囊。具有黏液腔,可分泌滑性物质。固着器树状分支,用以附着海底岩石,生长于水温较低的海中。

海带是一种营养价值很高的蔬菜,与菠菜、油菜相比,除维生素C外,其粗蛋白、糖、钙、铁的含量均高出几倍、几十倍。 每100克海带中含钙高达1177毫克,含铁高达150毫克,重要的是人体对海带中的钙元素的吸收率非常高,所以吃海带对儿童、妇女和老年人均有重要的保健作用。
